|Recommended: YesReview For Mary — This review is just for Mary. I don’t usually do reviews unless I want to but, Mary has asked to give my thoughts. I just want to say first before anything Mary is a wonderful lady. She really does listen to concerns and takes them very seriously. There are some things she can do and something’s are out of her control. I do recommend this place to anyone looking to live here it is just not for me. Everyone is different with different wants and needs. I am definitely a townhouse guy for sure. Living here for going on almost a year now I miss the townhouse I once had before here. I had to take this basement apartment I have not really liking idea of it in the first place but, I gave it a try at least. Years ago had a basement apartment and didn’t like it was bringing back the same memories. I was going through a difficult time in my life as I going through a break up with my girlfriend of long time and it was sure difficult looking for a place like a year it had taken. Nobody cares like Mary does she gives you a chance as long as your income meets the requirements lots and lots of places care about credit and they cannot even give you courtesy you were denied. At the time when I applied my credit was not so good as it now. I looked her dead in the eye and told her I’d never miss one single rent payment and it would always be right on time. I think she could sense I wasn’t playing as I have now proved this to her for 8 months now. When you live here or decide to keep an open mind. You might not get everything you want but, Mary does listen like I mentioned. There is so much negativity now these days and that’s all people seem to focus on. This place gets a lot of nasty reviews and I don’t really know why. The staff is friendly Mary her Superintendent he is very nice. The landscape is nicely done, parking is almost never ever an issue. Just pay your rent on time and obey your lease it’s not difficult. Good things come to those who are patient and some have to put their work to earn something. Always do the right thing and nice things will follow.

|Recommended: YesMary Bedford — Mary does an amazing job. I feel very comfortable going to her with any concerns I may have. She never makes me feel out of place or as tho I am being a burden to her. Please make sure you keep her on board.

|Recommended: YesFantastic Helpful Staff — I moved in a year ago, any issues taken care of quickly. Moved my Mom in 8 months ago. She is on oxygen, so she needs help getting things up down the stairs, unfortunately I'm not always around to help her, do to my job. The maintenance staff lawn crew men ALWAYS offer to help my Mom without being asked. The staff has been absolutely amazing Best apartment I've lived in

|Recommended: YesGreat Place — I’ve lived at Allen meadows for almost a year, prior to that I was at parklane apartments for 2 years and Mary was the property manager there also. Mary creates an awesome living environment and stays involved with everything. It awesome to know that I can go to Mary with any issues and she will have them taken care of right away. It’s a pleasure to have Mary as the property manager
